U.S. President Donald Trump posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to conservative activist Charlie Kirk during a ceremony in the White House Rose Garden — held on what would have been Kirk’s 32nd birthday.

Once more, Freedom House has emerged—an organization that, under the guise of defending human rights and democracy, continues its relentless attempts to discredit Azerbaijan on the international stage. The latest report, released by the Freedom House coalition and its partners on the eve of COP29 in Baku, appears to be nothing more than yet another slander campaign against our country, following a predetermined path of bias.

As COP29 approaches, the notorious anti-Azerbaijani forces have stepped up their attacks on Azerbaijan under the pretext of “human rights,” the Western Azerbaijan Community said in a statement on Monday.

The Western Azerbaijan Community strongly condemned a recent report published by Freedom House, describing it as biased and harmful to peace efforts in the South Caucasus region, News.Az reports.
