QatarEnergy has announced that, following its decision to suspend production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and related products, it will also halt the output of several downstream products in the country.

Azerbaijan increased its natural gas production by 2.4% in 2025, reaching 51.5 billion cubic meters, up 1.2 billion cubic meters compared with 2024, the Ministry of Energy reported.

Türkiye's inaugural floating natural gas production platform, Osman Gazi, arrived on Saturday at Filyos Port in the northern province of Zonguldak, along the Black Sea coast.

In January - March 2025, the country produced 12.6 billion cubic meters of natural gas. 3.4 bcm of gas production extracted from ACG, while 6.8 bcm from Shah Deniz. Absheron and SOCAR produced 0.4 bcm and 2 bcm gas.

Italy's Eni on Saturday started a second phase of oil and gas production at Ivory Coast's offshore Baleine field, the energy group has announced.
