Dozens of ships have departed from southwestern Türkiye as part of a new Gaza-bound aid flotilla, according to organizers, in an effort to challenge the ongoing blockade on the enclave.

Israel has deported two foreign activists who were detained after taking part in a Gaza-bound flotilla that was intercepted by Israeli forces in international waters.

Israel intercepted nine aid vessels carrying around 150 activists from approximately 30 countries, the Freedom Flotilla Coalition informed.
