Russia is preparing to send a second oil shipment to Cuba, signaling continued energy support for the island as it faces an ongoing fuel shortage and widespread blackouts.

According to four trading sources on Saturday, some major oil companies and top trading houses have halted crude oil and fuel shipments through the Strait of Hormuz due to the ongoing U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran and Tehran's retaliatory actions.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has welcomed the dispatch of a train carrying oil products from Azerbaijan to Armenia, describing it as a positive step in expanding trade between the two countries.

Oil flow through the Iraq-Türkiye pipeline resumed at 7:07 a.m. local time (0407 GMT) on Saturday, according to an announcement by Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar.

Kazakhstan will resume scheduled oil deliveries to Europe through the second line of the Druzhba pipeline in late December, the Kazakh Ministry of Energy confirmed.

Türkiye’s Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources has dismissed claims of oil shipments from the Ceyhan terminal to Israel, labeling them "baseless."
