A U.S. federal judge has blocked Arizona from pursuing criminal charges against prediction market platform Kalshi, marking a key moment in the growing legal battle over the regulation of event-based trading.

Investing and brokerage platform Robinhood Markets (HOOD) released its fourth-quarter financial results, reporting adjusted earnings of $0.66 per share and net revenue of $1.28 billion.

Robinhood Markets is set to enter Indonesia by acquiring local brokerage Buana Capital Sekuritas and licensed crypto trader Pedagang Aset Kripto, the company said in a blog post on Sunday.
