Azerbaijan appoints new deputy decretary of Security Council

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has signed an oder on the appointment of Madat Guliyev as the Deputy Secretary of the country’s Security Council, News.Az reports.

Madat Guliyev previously served as Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defense Industry.
