Azerbaijan unveils of number of landmines neutralized in liberated areas to date
More than 13,000 hectares in the liberated Azerbaijani territories have been cleared of landmines and unexploded ordnance this year, Deputy Chief of the Defense Ministry’s press service, Lieutenant-Colonel Anar Eyvazov said at a press conference on Wednesday, News.Az reports.
He noted that about 17,000 landmines and unexploded ordnance have been found and neutralized in the liberated Azerbaijani lands.
