Azerbaijani parliament approves new bill on political parties
A new bill “On political parties” was discussed at a plenary session of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis on Tuesday, News.Az reports.
The document was presented by Fazail Ibrahimli, Chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Public Associations and Religious Institutions.
The new bill consists of 6 chapters and 30 articles.
Following discussions, the document was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
