Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko has visited the Alley of Martyrs to lay flowers at the graves of Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country's independence and territorial integrity, AZERTAC reported.
