President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Mingachevir
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva arrived in Mingachevir district for a visit on Tuesday.
President Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva first laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the city, APA reports.
Head of Mingachevir District Executive Authority Niyazi Bayramov informed President Ilham Aliyev and the first lady of the landscaping work carried out around the city.
