Russia maintains contact with Armenia, Azerbaijan — Kremlin spokesman
Moscow remains in contact with Baku and Yerevan, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, News.az reports.
When asked if there was any progress on Moscow’s offer to host activities aimed at developing a peace plan, he said: "Not yet. There is no clear understanding. We remain in contact."
