Vilayat Eyvazov awarded the rank of colonel general
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today signed a Decree on awarding Vilayat Eyvazov the highest military rank, APA reports
According to the Decree, Interior Minister Vilayat Suleyman oglu Eyvazov was awarded the rank of colonel general.
