The National Forum of NGOs of Azerbaijan has described Russia’s decision to close its investigation into the December 25, 2024 crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft as “incomprehensible and unacceptable.”

Representatives of Azerbaijani civil society organizations have sent an open letter to EU officials, expressing strong concern over the inclusion of the Armenian Military-Sports Lyceum named after Monte Melkonyan in the European Union Military Secondary Schools Forum.

The Solidarity Forum of Non-Governmental Organizations from the Member Countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) commenced on Monday in Baku.
