German authorities have arrested 18 people as part of a sweeping international investigation into an online fraud and money-laundering network that allegedly exploited payment service providers.

NATO has announced that the new Ukraine Command in Wiesbaden, Germany has started operations.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that the Alliance’s new command center in Wiesbaden, Germany, which will take over from the US in coordinating arms shipments to Ukraine, will "make a real difference" for Kyiv on the battlefield.
