Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Turkey
Khazar Zafir oglu Ibrahim has been appointed as Azerbaijan's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Turkey.
According to Oxu.Az, the due order was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
