Iran clarifies whether army commander-in-chief Amir Hatami was killed

Reports about the death of Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army Amir Hatami have been denied, said the army’s press service.

It was stated that Amir Hatami is alive and continues his duties, News.Az reports, citing Tasnim.

The statement also called on the public “not to believe rumors and to rely only on official sources.”
