Missile fragments from intercepted projectiles have caused injuries in several recent incidents during the ongoing exchanges between Iran and Israel, News.Az reports, citing Israeli media.
Earlier, Israel’s Health Ministry said that more than 1,600 people have been treated in hospitals across the country since the war with Iran began on Saturday, while 11 people have been killed so far.
