“People living in the Garabagh region are citizens of Azerbaijan regardless of their ethnicity, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a press statement together with President of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan, News.Az reports.
The head of state said that their safety, security and rights would be ensured by the state of Azerbaijan.
