Russia starts phased reduction of oil production
Russia is performing its obligations within the framework of agreements with OPEC and non-OPEC countries and started phased contraction of oil production.
"Russia is honoring its obligations, we started phased reduction of [oil] production," TASS quoted Russia’s Energy Minister Alexander Novak as saying Jan. 12.
