Poland’s Minister of National Defense, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, has announced the launch of a large-scale program to prepare a high-readiness reserve.

Another training session for reservists has been held at a military unit of the country’s Special Forces in coordination with the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, News.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry.

The Knesset on Monday approved the first reading of a bill to push off the retirement of army reservists by extending a temporary measure passed last year to ensure the military has enough manpower amid the ongoing war with Hamas in the Gaza Strip, News.Az reports citing the Times of Israel.
