Gazprom supplied gas for Europe through Ukraine in the volume of 42.1 mln cubic meters per day via the Sudzha gas pumping station in Russia’s Kursk Region, Gazprom representative told reporters, News.Az reports.

A Gazprom spokesperson announced that the daily supply of Russian gas to Europe via Ukraine stands at 42.1 million cubic meters, News.Az reports citing TASS.

Gas transit through the Ukrainian gas transportation system (GTS) continues only through the Sudzha gas metering station (GMS), the Nord Stream 1 main gas pipeline (MGP) will not operate in the foreseeable future, and the Polish section of the Yamal-Europe MGP is inaccessible to Gazprom, News.Az reports citing Neftegaz.Ru .
