Counter-terrorist operation regime declared in Russia's Ingushetia
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has declared a counter-terrorist operation regime in the Voznesenskaya settlement in the North Caucasian Ingushetia region.
"Head of the FSB branch in Ingushetia announced a start of a counter-terrorist operation in the Voznesenskaya settlement in the Malgobeksky District at 4.30am Moscow time," the regional FSB headquarters said.
