S. Seyidov said in his speech at PACE’s winter session that although the statement of the PACE’s observation mission that arrived in Azerbaijan before the election bears a criticizing character, no insulting expression has been voiced in the statement.

However, S. Seyidov said he can’t say the same in regard to the PACE’s rapporteur on “Reported cases of political prisoners in Azerbaijan” Sunna Thorhildur Ævarsdóttir.
