A 5.9-magnitude earthquake struck the Philippine island of Mindanao on Tuesday.

An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 has hit the Philippines' Mindanao island, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 0420 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
