Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has convened an extraordinary defence council after reports that explosives were discovered near key gas infrastructure connecting Hungary and Serbia.

The Serbian–Azerbaijani partnership creates opportunities to expand cooperation and connectivity between the Balkans and the South Caucasus, Hikmet Hajiyev, a senior aide to the Azerbaijani President and Head of the Foreign Policy Department at the Presidential Administration, said in an interview with Blic TV.
