A medical training course for special forces has begun in Azerbaijan with the aim of enhancing military personnel’s skills in providing first aid to wounded soldiers on the battlefield and in organising medical evacuation and medical services in combat conditions, News.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry.

Within the framework of the Individual Partnership Cooperation Programme between Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry and NATO for 2024, the “Training and Exercise in NATO” course was conducted in Baku.

In accordance with the training plan for 2024, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Course has been launched for a group of Azerbaijan Naval Special Forces personnel.
