Azerbaijan to mark Mstislav Rostropovich’s 90th birth anniversary
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on marking the 90th birth anniversary of famous cellist and conductor Mstislav Rostropovich.
The Ministry of Culture and Tourism is due to prepare a plan of events in connection with Rostropovich’s birth anniversary, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers is due to solve issues relating to the order.
