Moscow forced to retreat in Seoul: ‘Victory’ banner removed after pressure

Russian Embassy in Seoul has removed a banner bearing the slogan “Victory will be ours.”
It also cancelled outdoor events marking February 23, moving the celebrations inside the embassy building instead,News.Az reports.
