Yuli Gusman awarded with "Dostlug" Order
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to award "Dostlug" Order to Yuli Solomonovich Gusman.
He was awarded for his long-term fruitful services rendered to the development of cultural relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
