Yesterday German publication Alumniportal Aserbaidschan published an analytical article by linguist Matthias Wolf on plans of the Armenian diaspora in the Bulgarian city of Plisk to erect a monument to Nazi collaborator Garegin Nzhde, Vestnik Kavkaza reports. The author says that the heroization of Nazi collaborators in Europe shouldn't be allowed.
