Azerbaijani president recalls ambassador to Ukraine
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree recalling Azer Khuduyev from the posts of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Ukraine and Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development (GUAM).
Under another presidential order, Elmira Akhundova was appointed Azerbaijan's ambassador to Ukraine.
