Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen has officially unveiled her third government, introducing a fresh four-party coalition alongside a major reshuffle of high-profile cabinet ministers.

Denmark's Social Democratic leader Mette Frederiksen said on Monday she has agreed to form a centre-left coalition ​government, maintaining her grip on power amid a crisis in ties with ‌U.S. President Donald Trump over the future of Greenland.

Sources tell Danmarks Radio that Mette Frederiksen will remain at the helm of the Danish government, while the Prime Minister hints on social media that an official announcement is forthcoming.

Denmark’s prime minister and Greenland’s leader are set to meet U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, with discussions expected to include Greenland’s strategic role.
