Hassan Rouhani offers condolence to Azerbaijani president
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has offered his condolences to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev over a fatal fire in a drug abuse treatment center in Baku, APA reports.
'I was deeply saddened by the news of the death of Azerbaijani citizens as a result of the fire in the Republican Drug Abuse Treatment in Baku. I extend my deepest condolences to you, families of victims” Rouhani said in his letter of condolences.
