Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Aykhan Hajizada has responded to statements made by French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barron regarding tensions in the region, News.Az reports.
He noted that France’s supply of lethal weapons to Armenia and its long-standing anti-Azerbaijan stance, which does not contribute to peace, contradicts Barron’s concerns about rising tensions in the region.
“This dual approach highlights France's hypocrisy,” Mr. Hajizada emphasized.
